Britini & Jacob were extremely proactive in their communication. The iron had been misplaced and when I inquired about it they delivered a brand new one to us within an hour! That was really lovely. They answered all of our questions, gave us recommendations for the area and inquired about our daughter’s graduation afterwards. We felt like an extension of their family. I highly recommend this property.

Great little cottage house located in a great location! Cozy, very clean, and felt like home. Definitely would stay here again if ever back in Flagstaff!

Cute quiet place! Easy to get where we needed to go and the parking was great since we had a long trailer we were needed space to park. Britini and Jacob did a great job helping accommodate our needs. The place was clean and the bed was very soft and mattress was very comfortable. I would recommend this gem and stay there again in the future.

Cozy and homy: 2 words to describe Britini & Jacob's place. My family & I had a long day of travel from Page to Four Corners Monument and then to Flagstaff where we stayed for the night. We had a very restful sleep as we felt really at home. I would surely book this for another time when I'm in Flagstaff. Thanks, Britini & Jacob for having me and family over.

Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had renting a home. The home was immaculate, just like the descriptions and photos but better. The hosts were so great too made us feel so comfortable and if I had a question on something they responded right away. I would definitely rent this home again.
