Bushmaster Park is only a few blocks away, great for kids! You can get just about anywhere in Flagstaff in less than 10 minutes from this location! This property is a duplex with an up and down unit. This unit is number 1 and is the upper unit. The bottom unit is also a rental and it will likely be booked during your stay. There is no shared space between the units. Each unit has a parking space in the driveway. Each unit has it's own private backyard area. While staying, please be mindful of guests staying below, and keep loud noises to a minimum. Perfect place to launch into all of your Flagstaff and Northern AZ adventures; Snowbowl (25 min), Grand Canyon (1 hour and 20 min to East Park Entrance and 1 hour and 30 min to South Park Entrance and Visitor Center), Sunset Crater (25 min), Sedona (45 min) and many hiking and biking trails! You'll enjoy our comfy living area with a Roku 58" flat screen smart TV (Netflix, Prime Video, etc. your own login will be required) and board games for entertainment. King sized bed and a Queen sized bed. The mattresses in the bedrooms are memory foam, so you can get well rested for the next day's adventures! This home utilizes forced air heating and keeps the home nice and comfortable in the winter months. There is NO air conditioning, but each bedroom and the living room have a ceiling fan. There is also a portable evaporative air cooler available, and a tower fan. The kitchen is fully equipped. However, the refrigerator is mid size, and can't store a ton of food, but probably sufficient for your stay. Backyard patio area has good views of Mt. Elden! The area is still being worked on. Private fenced in area with a dinning table and fire table is complete. We are still working on adding more privacy to the deck area, and adding woodchips to the entire back yard. There is no laundry in the home. If you need to do laundry, there are multiple laundromats less than 5 minutes away. Guests have complete and private access to the interior of the home. The driveway is shared with the other unit and guests should park on the left side. Guests do not currently have access to the garage. We give our guests space and will check with them a couple times through their stay to make sure everything is well. The best way to reach us during your stay is text or phone call. Our normal business hours are M-F 8:30am to 7pm. Please be patient for responses outside of these hours. The Upper Greenlaw Estates neighborhood in Flagstaff is centrally located and has easy access to anywhere in Flagstaff. It is an older working class neighborhood. Most homes in the neighborhood were built in the 1960's and there has been revitalization in the area recently. About 1,100 people live in the neighborhood. Please note the driveway is somewhat steep. City Ordinance: No overnight street parking From Nov. 1st through April 1st. 1 off-street parking space will be available for your use. A 2nd off-street parking space might be available. Please inquire. Cleaning fee will be $149 for stays 10 days or longer. We know rules are boring, but we’d really appreciate if you could have a quick read. #1 – Shoes Off • We ask that you please do not wear shoes while inside the house. Thank you so much! #2 – Pets • For the consideration and safety of our cleaners and future guests with allergies please do not bring pets onto the property. We reserve the right to charge a fee for any clean up or remediation. #3 – No Smoking, No Vaping, No Recreational Drug Use • Our house is a drug-free, smoke-free, and vape-free property. This means no smoking, no vaping, or recreational drugs inside or outside of the home. We reserve the right to charge a fee for any clean up or remediation. #4 - Number of Guests • Ensure total guests matches that on your booking. If you have more guests than what you have booked for, you will not be covered under insurance coverage of the platform you used to book, and you may be charged an extra fee. This is bad for everyone! #5 – No Parties • Please respect our neighbors. This is a residential working neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. Noise levels must be minimal after 9PM. There is a noise level city ordinance and we do not want any complaints. Violation of this will result in one or more of the following; termination of your reservation, forfeiting security deposit, and/or a possible fee. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for understanding! #6 - Please Clean Up Dishes • If you use any dishes during your stay, the cleaning team would be extremely grateful if you would clean them. This would be of great help. #7 - Check Out is 10AM • Our cleaning team will arrive shortly after 10AM to clean the property. We can’t stop them, they are a cleaning machine! (You may request a late check-out. Please submit your request no later than 24 hours before your check-out time. The fee for this accommodation is $25. #8 - Lights and Electronics • We would really appreciate if you could turn off all lights and electronics when you leave the house each day, and upon check out.
