We are partnered with Safely Insurance. This provides you with peace of mind with the guest damage and liability coverage. Through some Online Travel Agencies, such as AirBnB, you are also protected by up to $1 million through their damage and liability policy. We also, carry our own general liability policy.

Clean

Our team meticulously cleans every property after every guest. We constantly receive complements from guests about the cleanliness of the homes they’re renting. We handle all turnover cleans with our in-house cleaning team. We also offer deep clean services. 

Pre-Screening

We put our guests through a
pre-screening process before
accepting a reservation. All guests are required to fill-out a guest registration form and provide their identification. Additionally, guests go through a “lite” background check with Safely.
